Linda’s background in photography stretches over two decades, and began in her native Baltimore when she attended the Maryland Institute College of Art. This world renowned school, located in downtown Baltimore, gave Linda her foundation in the arts – ranging from design to sculpture to painting. At MICA, she found the artistic vision that guides her today.

Linda’s extensive photography of Baltimore’s architecture and citizens has graced a multitude of art shows and galleries. Balancing the edges and lines of buildings are the people Linda has captured via her lens. Every face tells the story of a life, and those tales are preserved in each of her pictures. Her portrait photography leaves no doubt to the extent of her talents.

Using her eye for images and knack for capturing light, Linda Johnson’s commercial photos fulfill the needs of her clients. Working in the field with her clients’ products, Linda has broken free of the constraints of a studio, bringing an organic, natural feeling to her work.
